More active from the first days, and better immunity by the end of the course
Tara*, aged 21, fell ill with every change of season. She wanted a stronger immune system and more energy. This is what she told us over a three-month programme.

Falling sick every season
Tara had no gut complaints. Her gas and bloating scores were both 1 out of 5. What worried her was catching colds and infections easily (5 out of 5), feeling low on energy even after enough sleep (4 out of 5) and craving sugar, caffeine or salty snacks. She wrote that her biggest fear was falling sick at every seasonal change. She took no supplements and no medicines.
An immune-first plan with energy support
Because her main goal was immunity, we started with L. rhamnosus GG (5 billion CFU), B. longum (3 billion) and L. fermentum (2 billion), strains studied for supporting the gut’s immune barrier and for fewer respiratory infections. To support these strains we added guar gum (700 mg) and inulin (300 mg). Curcumin (100 mg), vitamin C (80 mg) and zinc (7 mg) back the immune effect.
What we observed: on the second day of the programme she wrote that her activeness had increased, and that she had no loose motions and no stomach inconvenience.
For energy and mood we added an evening blend of B. longum 1714, L. helveticus R0052, L. plantarum PS128 and B. longum BB536, which are studied for stress and gut-brain signalling, with guar gum and galacto-oligosaccharides (200 mg) as the prebiotics and magnesium (60 mg) and vitamin B6 (5 mg) for energy metabolism.
We continued the immune blend and added a blend built on L. rhamnosus GR-1 and B. animalis with cranberry extract in month 2, then moved to digestion and gut-lining support in month 3 with digestive enzymes, L. rhamnosus GG, B. infantis 35624 and sodium butyrate.
What we observed: by the end of the course she wrote that she felt better with respect to immunity.
What was reported
More active, no stomach trouble
“I feel activeness has increased”
She added that she had no loose motions and no stomach inconvenience since the start.

Feeling better on immunity
“I feel better.. immunity levels increased”
Written as the three-month course came to an end.

The evidence
Tara reported more energy within days and no digestive upset, and at the end of the course she felt her immunity had improved. She also followed the plan closely: her food log showed 25 different plant foods in 10 days against a target of 20, a measure of the diet diversity that feeds a healthy microbiome. These are self-reported changes from one participant, so we treat them as an encouraging signal.
