How the test reaches you, who collects it, and when to expect each step.
You'll see your result and a recommended next step. If you start a programme, your test kit ships separately and your plan begins once your results are in. Your first kit: 30 days of personalised synbiotic sachets, a Microbiome Insights report, a diet guide, and a 1-on-1 nutritionist consultation.
Everything's at home. A collection kit is couriered to you; you collect the stool sample yourself, and a phlebotomist comes for a blood sample if needed and picks it all up from your door. NABL-certified labs process it. Nothing to post or drop off.
Test kit: about 2 days. Lab report: about a week after collection, with your results interpreted the same day. Your synbiotics then ship within 1 to 2 days of your consultation and report (courier depending).
The first month is a cleanse, so on its own it will not show you what the programme does. Seeding the restorative microbiome and locking it in takes the two months after that, which is why three months is our shortest plan. We also offer 6- and 9-month programmes.
Yes. You can order the GutMap test on its own, go through the findings with our team, and decide afterwards. Test-only pricing is different from the programme price, where the test comes bundled with your synbiotics and consultations.
