Thank you for choosing BioMeBarTM. Our products include a diagnostic gut health kit and a personalized synbiotic formulation designed based on your gut analysis. We value your trust and aim to provide transparent policies in line with Indian laws and payment gateway guidelines.
1. Refund Policy
A. Diagnostic Gut Health Kit:
-A full refund is available ONLY if:
- The lab has not assigned a phlebotomist or scheduled a sample pickup.
- The diagnostic kit is unused, with undamaged packaging and unbroken seals.

B. Personalized Synbiotic Kit:
– These formulations are tailored to individual gut profiles and cannot be reused.
– Therefore, once the formulation process has begun, NO REFUND is possible.
– This is a consumable wellness product so please check if it is covered by insurance or medical refund claims.
2. Return Procedure
– For eligible returns, our support team will guide you through the return logistics.
– Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via payment gateway to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Products
– Opened diagnostic kits.
– Synbiotic kits.
– Products damaged post-delivery or misused.
4. Legal Compliance
– This policy complies with Indian Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines.
– BioMeBarTM does not claim medical treatment, diagnosis, or cure of diseases. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using our services.
