1. Scope of Services
   – BioMeBar provides a wellness-focused gut diagnostic test and a customized synbiotic product based on test results.
   – This is not a medical service. Always consult your healthcare practitioner before making any changes to your diet or medications.
2. Eligibility
   – Users must be 18+ or have parental consent. If you are a minor placing an order, we assume you have parental consent to do so.
   – Services are only available within India at this time.

3. User Responsibility
   – You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and test kit usage.
   – You are responsible for following instructions provided with the diagnostic kit and for communicating any adverse reactions to your physician.

4. No Medical Advice
   – Our services do not offer diagnosis, prevention, or treatment for diseases.
   – All information provided is for wellness and educational purposes only.

5. Payment
   – Payments are processed either directly or via third party in accordance with Indian regulations.
   – Customized synbiotic kits are not eligible for refund.
   – Diagnostic kits may be eligible for refund as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
   – BioMeBar shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse or misunderstanding of the product or service.
   – We are not responsible for edible substance claims; the manufacturing partner holds relevant FSSAI compliance. Please see product label for manufacturer details.

7. Governing Law
   – These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
